The Rosebird Community Hall,
The Rosebird Centre,
NB The arrangements for Parking and Manoeuvring around the Hall have changed. CCTV / Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras is now in operation. LPS is the operator (independent of both the group of volunteers running the hall and the Bird Group).
There are two cameras registering each vehicle driving in and out of the area outside the Hall. One is on a mast, the other is mounted to the outside wall of the Hall.
Please make yourself familiar with the new regulations (published on the signs dotted around the parking areas) as you are now effectively entering Private Land in parking-speak.
We recommend users and guests (who may not be using the hall) input their registration number and purchase a parking ticket for £1.00 (2 hours) to avoid problems.
• If you are a Blue Badge holder and park in one of the disabled bays, you still need to input your registration number and purchase a parking ticket (£1.00 for 2h, £2.00 All Day).
• If you drive into the area outside the Hall but do not park (e.g. drop-off / pick-up) please be aware, you must drive out again promptly or you will be fined (10min max).
5 (five) users of the Hall are able to avoid the purchase of a parking ticket by parking in one of the 5 parking bays marked ‘RCH’ – if you park in these bays, you still need to input your registration number into the machine located inside the Hall. Please liaise with the primary hirer of the hall for your session.
